Everything of this Hotel was faboulous,the service excellent as the staff were always ready to help with everything we needed-Our bedroom was very spacious and clean,well furnished with a huge bed.Breakfast was rich and always had various selection.The decoration inside is wonderful and we also enjoy the Spa,bowling and billiards for free.Best Hotel we could choose with a position right to the centre.Can't get better!!.

There was no problem to change reservation via telephone, even after time when one is allowed to change/cancel reservation for free in letsbookhotel.com. Outstanding bathroom (with shelves & hooks, which many hotels don't have), large comfortable bed, good closet space, magnificent breakfast, the most beautiful dining room ceiling I've ever seen anywhere (rivals most cathedrals), Great omlettes, excellent bowling alley. I've stayed in many hotels in Ukraine, and this is one of the best (value for money, that is)Located next to all main sights in the area, but very quiet. Breakfast is good. In the old part of the city, this is probably the best hotel. The hotel is splendid! It's situated in the very centre of the old town. Rooms, service and stuff – everything is on the highest level. Rooms are very large, with all improvements. Luxe rooms have amazing view. The elegant, contemporary hotel with the best location in the city center. Large, comfortable rooms with maximum comfort! Great restaurant with rich and varied meals!. swimming pool, bowling, beds were comfortable, breakfast was good, people at desk were helpful, location was great, room were clean and beautiful. I used to have better breakfasts even in 3* hotels. Low variety of food. No juices just sweet stewed fruit. I've taken the rest of tomatoes and cucumbers and after 20 minutes nobody could find idea to bring more :( But overall I had some luck and I could "hunt" good breakfast before others could do it ;]. (Not big things, you understand) Door on #555 difficult to open because it sticks. Needs to be planed, sanded and then repainted. // The wi-fi worked poorly while we were there (probably a temporary thing). // Rooms need a couple more information sheets (not just rules).// These are minor things: all in all we love your hotel. Like all hotels in Ukraine: curtains. Appearantly Ukrainians don't appreciate darkness in their rooms, so curtains are thin. The restaurant in the yard lacks atmosphere. Guarded parking is only available for 3, perhaps 4 cars. The rest has to park on the pavement. As for me, the breakfast was frugal. couldn't get into the restaurant for dinner. Nothing I didn't like. Staff not very friendly, but that is rather common in Ukraine. A little short on room service and the in-room refrigerator was very lightly stocked. Minor things! I would definitely stay here again!. Terrible breakfast - mostly inedible. Although the hotel has lots of facilities (spa, bowling, billiards) they were mostly closed or unstaffed. Staff generally unfriendly. Loud karaoke went on very late. Mainly a business hotel - would rather stay at the Hetman which has more character and a nice restaurant. Персонал - Цари: багаж тащи сам, номер смотри сам ( в нашем "президентском" воняло дохлой крысой и ничего с этим сделать нельзя!), в пустом ресторане детям картошку жарили 1,5 часа, а вечером отказались обслуживать в номере (хотя на рецепции заверили, что это сделают), всё серо и неприветливо. Завтрак до 3-х звёзд, хотя позиционируют себя выше.
