the location.
everything.
All of it!.
Friendly staff and excellent breakfast with clean rooms, if you just want some where to bed down and not stay in the room long this would suit.
Couple running the B&B were lovely, and the location was excellent.
quiet place, standard english breakfast.
location,staff.
The location is great and I have appreciated that the landlady reduced
this price at 60 £ because I was alone.
location good, breakfast made from cheap but adequate ingredients. staff friendly and helpful.
Good location, only a few minutes walk from station and minster.
Really nice staff.
tv wasnt working.
rooms are small and décor is tired.
Quite slow breakfast service but good quality when it arrived.
Some of the paintwork, ESP bathroom windows, tatty.
the bed was a bit low for me, it was comfortable but difficult to get in and out of.
There kids started making a noise from 8am no lie in.
not seing the owners, but only the forein staff.
nothing.
Felt like a very cheap mattress, the room looked very tired with cracks in the ceiling, damaged decorating and the curtain was hanging off on one side. Pricey for what you got, I expected better and was disappointed.
Rooms were tiny, staircases dangerously steep, plumbing unsatisfactory.
very small room and bathroom, steep narrow stairs
to the mansard.
no free parking
size of bedroom/bathroom
tired looking décor.
Adress expansive for the quality (80 £ for two): nobody there at my
arrival at 6pm, announced by mail the day before so that I had to phone
the owner from outside the house; by chance the weather was fine. Room
with no heating during the night (outside: -4°): I was frozen in the
morning. Bed tiny for two. Washbasin so small that I could even not
fill the kettle. Piping noise in the house at 7am. Furniture without
any spirit.
small rooms, upkeep of property poor, dirt/dust, pile of wet towels left in hall on floor for 2 days.
Basic, very tired decor, mushroom shavings on the breakfast. (Breakfast was otherwise ok).
the wc didn't work. the room was in a 4th floor by a really narrow and difficult stairs. the wi-fi didn't work too.
