  I am very impressed with the attention and positivity of all the hotel personnel we have been in contact with. Originally we booked 4 nights in another central London hotel, but we were very displeased with that hotel's room condition and the way their personnel attended to our complaints. Both the personnel and hotel were very good/comforting and a big relief after our not so good experience. This is a hotel I - The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even though we arrived much later than anticipated. The room was very clean, comfortable and quite luxurious. The location of the hotel was fantastic for us. It was within walking distance of many great restaurants, shops and tourist attractions without it feeling too hectic. The transport links were also very good and only a 3 minute walk away. I cannot wait to stay at the Flemings Mayfair again.

  Sijainti - i just tell you that everthing was positive,the malasya lady is very polite ! in my next return to london i would like to be there again.. nice and lovely place as well - I read a few poor reviews of this hotel and have to say that none were justified. The staff and hotel were all better than expected and my stay was great.

We enjoyed our stay there a lot and can recommend it.
