  Very nice place, clean and comfortable. Close to hendon central, exactly what I needed. Quite, beautiful and peaceful place. I booked a room for 115 pounds but as they did not have such rooms available I was given a room for 165 for price of 115. Very kind of the lady on reception. Staff were great especially the manager he was really friendly and helpful. My only negative which is a positive is that the advertising does not do the Pillar hotel justice....   helpfull staff. nice and polite. well organized. easy to reach the hostel which is literally only 5' walk from great portland street. very close to the center. there is a bar inside the building offering drinks, snacks, pizza, breakfast, sandwiches at reasonable prices. the bedroom and the lobby were clean. the entire building is in good condition... mitä ihmiset sanovat » s. - For an midle age man i was a bit worried to find myself inbetween teenagers but arriving there i was surprised to find that all guest ages was different and well mixed The hotel itself was wonderfull and clean and close to oxford circus and all the shoping street This is the first time i slept well in a hotel in london

  Smart, comfortable room a modern clean bathroom and the most amazing shower. Beds were very comfortable and the room was very quiet with good thick darkening curtains. We had a problem with the hair dryer in the morning and he staff could not have been more apologetic or helpfull.   We were greeted by a really friendly receptionist and upgraded from executive to the suite which was really nice! The room was extremely spacious, so was the bathroom, everything was clean and modern. The kitchen was nicely contained with everything needed to prepare and store basic meals. We didn't want to leave and will definitely be com - good service, they moved us from a by us booked suite room to their luxury suite, because it was available. Rooms have lots of space. Central London by bus takes 15 minutes. Seated above in busses gives the best view of London. SO Park, once again very friendly and happy giving service. When we return we'd be back. Also, SOPark near nice park/gardens. Near fantastic Italian food incl. pizza restaurant where they're singing Italian.

  This hotel is a gem. Strategically located for the theatre and shopping district we could not have asked for more central. Newly refurbished we booked a small room but beleive me is big enough and has a clever boat like seating area with a desk and all plugs you can need.   The staff were excellent, made to feel special as we arrived back to our apartment, there was always a friendly welcome and hello also a 'have a good day' when we left. Our last day the staff were happy to hold Our luggage till we needed. Words cant describe how welcome we - The Service was excellent. We received a complimentary upgrade, and the Suite was wonderful. Large, modern, well maintained flat with Living room, Kitchen, separate bathroom and shower, and very spacious bedroom. Complimentary welcome tray, and a complimentary basket of Pastries (I think this is Sundays only) were a really nice touch. They also had two TV's, an iPod/Bluetooth speaker in the living room, and dimmable lights throughout for setting the mood. It is 5 minutes walk from Oxford Circus

  The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the location was incredibly quiet for London. Excellent! - A nice apartment at a good location. Walking distance to Kensington Palace. Nice neighborhood.

  My husband and I wanted to spend a weekend in London sight seeing and wanted to stay somewhere where they offered private bathroom and an English breakfast but didnt break the bank. This guesthouse was very central to shops buses and the underground in Shepherds Bush. We opted for a twin room which gave us a bigger bed, which was comfortable which does make a change from many other places we have sta - The room we chose suited our needs. I was impressed that they could provide everything a person will need for a comfortable trip. It was cleaned daily. Although the breakfast was one fixed menu, I had no issues with the breakfast provided. The staff was very friendly. It is located very close to shops and eateries, as well as a tube station, making this hotel a good choice, if money is the determining factor. Overall, I would stay here again.

Amenities were complete (miller harris toiletries smelled great, good size too). Concierge and staff were very helpful and accommodating. Free fast wifi and buffet breakfast were great too. Good west end theatres within comfortable walking distance (to watch Les Miserables, The Phantom of the Opera and soon The Book of Mormon).
