  Friendly staff, quick breakfast service. Across the road from the beach. Far enough away from town centre to avoid the rowdiness of Newquay. Easy walk into central area for pubs and restaurants. Some onsite parking which is a bonus for a budget hotel. On street parking available at night about 300 yards away. Good value for Newquay and good base ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » for exploring surrounding areas. Good family friendly beaches at Perranporth and Mawgan Porth just a few miles away. - We stayed 3 nights, our room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good. The hotel is in a great location being only a short walk to beaches, pubs and restaurants.
