We had the absolute best experience at the London Visitors Hotel. It is a beautiful building, lovingly remodeled. Our room was plenty big for 3 adults and an 11 year old. The staff was absolutely amazing, very kind and attentive. I had to take a trip to the ER and the staff called a taxi for us, offered to make me chamomile tea while we waited, and was genuinely worried. You don't find that kind of concern everywhere! The staff was incrediblly nice, everyone was very helpful and polite. There are bus stops in front of the building, the Rotherhithe underground station less than 10 minutes away, it's located in a residential zone so it's a very quiet and safe place. Clean, comfortable bed and accommodation with reasonable facilities for storing food, cooking, washing clothes etc. Wasn't cold weather but heating seemed adequate.
Friendly, helpful, unobtrusive front desk staff.

I love the size of the rooms and each time we have been the rooms have been spotlessly clean. The staff are all great - very helpful and polite - especially the lady who checked us in!! The kitchen facilities are good and it is great to have a fridge. Location is brill for central London. I can't fault this hotel. I love it. -
