Location is great. Clean, quiet and functional unit with every thing you need very close nearby. Red Lion St has a good mix of cafes, pubs and other services. The location was great, just a 5 in walk to the Holborn station or a 10min walk into Covent garden where all the theatres and shops were. I enjoyed the facilities at the apartment, stayed in a two bedroom, really clean and comfortable, spacious and great ease of access.
We ( my daughter & I) loved the well- lit beautifully decorated
apartment within walking distance to the Holburn tube! It was also
conveniently located close to the nyu campus in London where my daughter
is studying abroad! The little kitchen was great !.
great location, great location for short break in London 10 minute walk from theatre district, good restaurants in Street, plenty of places for food (Waitrose 5 minute walk away) and for Wine Planet of the Grapes less than 10 min walk...
Space in the appartment, clean, this was soo clean. Great interior design too. Super well equiped : Hair dryer, iron, essentials (sugar, salt, tea.), Washing machine was very usefull

The apt was nice and clean, great location close to many places to eat and easy to walk to tourist attractions, initial problem with wifi sorted out quickly and easily by staff, very helpful and polite.
It is a very new perfect apartment, very nice location, public transportation around you, fifteen minutes walk and you are in new Oxford street or in Soho. five star facilities.
The apartment was spacious and in a great location. It had everything and was really ideal! The walk-in shower was perfect! The staff was very friendly and helpful too.
The apartment was well presented and clean, and in a good position for access to the underground etc. We would definitely come back for another stay - lovely.

Interior and location.
The location was brilliant. The place was spacious and accommodated 3 of us well (colleagues). There is a well equipped kitchen area and this would be ideal for families. The views from the roof top ( we were on top floor) were absolutely amazing- on a nice day, it would be a great place to have drinks.
The size of the apartment is very good. The design and the facilities
are also very good.
We had the apartment 1st floor -walls are very "thin" - you
hear when people are walking up- or downstairs as well as the people on
the street (always sounds like the window is open, but it was closed) -
rest was just perfect.
Having to go to Camden Town to get the keys, was a bit far out to travel to however they did provide a free taxi service too the apartment.
The wi Fi did not work the last two days!.
Nothing really...just remember that it is a let and not a hotel so remember and take your toiletries....
Matelass could be more firm. Compared to everything else, this was the only sub-par equipment.
No instructions on how to use stove top and sofa bed difficult to put up and down as broken,.
The apartment was on the fourth flour and it is a little bit hectic for older people to go up and done every day.
Having to go across town to pick up the key and then wait for the taxi to take us to the apartment.
You need to collect the keys from another place. They pay your taxi to
the flat but its still not so comfortable.
very hot inside could do with air conditioning in the hot summer months, found it difficult trying to connect to the wifi.
Lack of cooling (a/c and fans) and external street noise resulting from having windows open for cooling.
No iron, that's all.
the tv unfortunately did not work which was a shame after two days in the office it would have been nice to unwind in the evening.
No lift. The smoke alarm was too close to the oven.
Getting the key was a hassle as the office had recently changed location and we were not given a new number. There was no reception at the new address and the phone number we had was disconnected so were waiting quite some time before somebody came who could assist us. Then there was a very long wait for a taxi with no updates from the office staff. In the end we were driven to the apartment by one of the staff and her husband. We really appreciated that!!.

Unable to collect keys on late arrivals into city.
The shower (wetroom) had an awful damp room and i had to keep the door open for 10 minutes before entering. The place was freezing cold and there was no manual to explain how to put the heating on. The procedure to pick up the keys is quite inconvenient, you have to go to kings cross beforehand.
The mattress is very very cheap !!! Come on guys, you could have provide
a better mattress than that !!!
The bathroom is not very convenient, the water is going everywhere on the floor and the heater is not strong enough in the bathroom. Its very cold.
