Easy to be found and approached. Near to city centre and to Heathrow (via Heathrow Express). Well decorated and clean.

Hotel was opened just 3 months ago. It is very, very clean and services are mutch better than in more expensive hotels. Stuff was very friendly. Room was ready on time and they changed towels after every use. At 6.pm. they make your bed (they put away all dercorations and a cover) and left me a small present (chocolate) on the bad.
We arrived early on the day of checkin and we were able to check into our room at 10,30 on arrival.Staff were very friendly and helpful.There was always a fabulous scent once entering the hotel. Very warm and relaxing atmosphere. Will definately be back
Great hotel! it's a lot of years that i go to London and i never see a hotel like this! All very clearness, up to the britain standard. We can enter in our rooms with magnetic cards key, it is very useful. The rooms are fantastic, all in mahogany wood with a large lcd tv on the wall. We had a remote control and a keyboard plugged to the tv and thanks to that we could use internet for 2 £ daily.

Hotel was excellent. Modern rooms, small but well designed and comfortable. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Food in restaurant cafe was first class. Rooms well stocked with necessities and towels etc replaced frequently. Great location, shop to one side, small cheaper cafe to the other. 1 minute walk from Paddington tube station where there is an express tube to Heathrow!

Cosy furniture, not a big room, but very nice and relaxing atmosphere. A real design hotel, not to miss. Comparing with other hotels I used in London which were also more expensive, this was definitely the best one!
The smoke detectors are a bit too sensitive: turning the heating on a little got the fire safety alarm as well.
The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff - they were so pleasent. The cheerfulness of the room and the location. Home from home. Felt very safe being a sole traveller. Very handy to the underground and Hyde park.

We were very impressed with the service, the warm and relaxing atmosphere and the room. The decor is modern and attractive, and the bathroom is great! We asked to change room because of a little fan noise (at the back of the hotel - not particularly intrusive, but there all the same) at 10.30 in the evening, and the staff could not have been more courteous or helpful. We will certainly return!
The rooms are not huge, but that doesn't really matter when they are so well presented.
The room reflected the web description and pictures. It was comfortable, clean, modern, everything worked in the room- work desk was a decent size, good lighting, safe in the room, free wifi, staff were helpful, room service quick, good bistro downstairs with vegetarian and organic options. Good quality bed, towels etc. One block from Paddington. Good price. Couldn't ask for more.
On checkout the staff had not attached the booking.com form and charged the wrong price, despite a converation about it on checking in However the hotel had only been open for 4 days so the front desk staff were still sorting out the computer system etc. One other point that was confusing - the hotel seemed to carry out currency exchange on my bill at a stated rate even though the bill was in GBP
Just opened after renovation, (1 december 2008), fantastic hotel, great standard and cosy room, just a bit cold in the bathroom.

Hotel staff were very welcoming and accommodating to my needs. Hotel was very close to Paddington, so excellent for anyone who's had a long trip from elsewhere and just want to settle in quickly into the City.
Very clean and beautiful; tastefully decorated. Good set of bathroom amentities provided every day The staff were efficient and friendly, location was near the paddington station and very accessible to all major transportation network.

Hotel decor is both modern contemporary and very pleasing to the eye. Room was lovely. Staff were very friendly and hotel is in an excellent location next to Paddington Tube station, and handy for the shops .
Television and fridge in bedroom were not working.
The hotel was bright and modern and decoratively in excellant condition throughout including corridors. The room was tastefully decorated in a modern style with a lovely ensuite, great shower with lovely products to use. The staff were very friendly, helpful and approachable. The bed was gorgeous, very comfortable tho a little small (dbl size) we are used to a king size.
The heated towelrail was dangerously hot and I burnt my arm reaching for a towel. The shower enclosure leaked onto the floor. We notified staff about it

Strange noise at very strange intervals in the room.
Great location - close to the Paddington station and nice restaurang and service on the very same street, very good rooms - well designed and very comfortable. Even tough the hotels location in a busy area I was not disturbed by any noise. The rooms equipment was excellent - great TV for instance but also internet acess.
When I checked in the staff tried to charge me for a higher price than the one wich was agreed when I did make my reservation at the Booking.com site. The room service staff did a great job, however the started quite early comparted to my experiences from other hotels.
Looked and felt completely new with nice design. Good service with very friendly staff. Close to Paddington and Heathrow Express.

Best Hotel In London For The Best Price
Overall, London Hotels are far too expensive that cannot be competitable to its peers in big cities of the world and makes it not value for money in any sense. But just compared in London-to-London basis, this one is comfortable and convenient enough.
THe room looks clean but not sure why the flooring appears sticky/dirty in feeling, just in feeling, not visible, just every time after shower with clean feet, one can feel the floor tile will make the feet in a strange/weird sticky feeling. They should either provide a slippers if the situation cannot be changed.
