First of all i am most certainly pleased with the serviced i had recieved. The apartment itself is extremely clean with exquisite interior design. Overall i can honestly say i will be booking again and i give it an 8/10.very satisfied , thank you.

Fantastic apartment, all appliances, fully furnished and really clean. Had a great stay and would definatly come again.

Plenty of room, very quiet. Near to everything.
1. The location is great. The tube is very close and there are many places for eating out.
2. Free wifi is good.
3. The apartment is quiet and you are not disturbed.

Few stairs to climb.
1. Not convenient with a heavy luggage, there is no lift.
2. Not enough towels, no hand towels.
3. The shower is very weak.
4. There are no chairs and no table or place to have drinks and food.
5. There are no bedside lights.
6. The apartment is basic rather than comfortable and luxurious.
Toilet was dirty when we arrived. Bed linen was not clean.
Lack of reception to collect key which meant there was a mix up and we waited out on the street in cold for over an hour.
Apartment block was 'dingy' and nothing like the image portrayed on your website.
