It is just perfect, fascinating contemporary designed flats, location in middle of action, very neat. I totally recommend families due to short walk distance, clean brand new, specially the premium flat which we really love it, having terraced flat and 2 and half toilets/bathrooms it is very convenient. Location, location. If you want to be in central london this is the place. It is located in Mayfair 5 to 10 min walk to Oxford street, 5 min to tube station. The flat is very pretty, modern and confortable.

Staff not accessible, no one replied to my e-mail to 'guest relations' lack of attention to detail. The beds were not comfortable at all very hard to sleep on. We stayed five days and we experience a bad room service basically they just make the beds and the toilet paper. It was a bit difficult to find the entrance but we gave a call and they immediately helped us. Maybe it is worth adding a short direction to the reservation form. Nothing!!. sofa not very comfortable. No one to assist with anything, fire alarm went off and guests had to figure out how to switch it off... service level has gone down big time. Cleaning lady was hardly cleaning. the flat felt really dirty. i.
