The location was absolutely superb, Trafalgar Square is right on the door step. The bed was exceptionally comfortable

Location brilliant . Staff very friendly and helpful . Bus stop right outside hotel - 10 mins to st. Pancras ! The room was good size with a microwave and fridge for own use ! Free water machine nearby . Will def stay again thankyou

the person work in this Hotel is so kind, i forget my e-book and shirts in guestroom, Mr. Ming help me to take bake to China, thanks great to him, if i visit London in the future, i will choose this hotel again. The position of this hotel is very converence and condition is quite nice, as well as the price is not as high as its quality.
There is simply nothing to complain about the Hotel. It is really well located (close to subway station and Trafalgar Square). The room was really clean and very comfortable. The staff was really professional and really helpful.
The staff was very professional, friendly and ready to help. Location is great. The kitchenette was a big plus to the room. Even there were small minuses, overall experience was very good.
Breakfast is expensive and it is said not be good, so we decided to have it outside the hotel. The room was clear enough in general, but i noticed that just beds were made, but no vacuum cleaning was done and garbage was not thrown away.

We had a mouse that made an appearance in the room a couple of times! Hotel staff advised that pest control where going to sort it out the very next day.

At £220+ it was pricey but it was by far the cheapest of similar hotels and I guess the price was affected by proximity to Christmas
Proximity to theatres and restaurants..all in walking distance. Room was quiet and clean.
Felt the tea / coffee allocation rather mean! eg: Only one tea bag pp and no spoons or biscuits that one usually finds even in B&B these days.
the room was all set up for three with sofa bed for our granddaughter very warm and comfortable
we were 3 ladies on a girly weekend which we have been doing for a number of years, we did stay at the hotel in the early days before the refurbishment, and I must stay it has improved 100%. We had breakfast the weekend and that was excellent. god willing we shall stay next year. Regards Sylvia (Suter)

the bar closes at 9pm on a Sunday evening and there is no lounge were you can sit and relax you have no option but to sit in your room or go back out of the hotel.

For anyone on a sightseeing tour of London, the location could hardly be bettered. And despite the busy traffic (inevitable in central London) the rooms were perfectly quiet. A very good, well-appointed, hotel - recommended.
A small point - but the reception area could be more welcoming. The check- in desk was rather like a cloakroom or lost property office! But the staff were excellent.

We had a room for three. the double bed was very comfortable. However the sofa bed was very very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs.

Situation of hotel excellent. Reception staff very friendly ,helpful and professional. Early check-in good as was attending a show matinee. Being able to leave luggage after checking out. Room was clean and had everything my daughter and I needed.

You can't do much better for a central location in London, without spending silly money. This is just off Trafalgar Square. It's very well situated for all sorts of theatres in Leicester Square, Charing Cross Road, St Martin's Lane, Whitehall and Northumberland Avenue itself. The rooms have proper lights (they need them, because the windows are small). The reception and restaurant/bar staff are very good. I wouldn't normally use the hotel restaurant in an area with so many other options, but I did, this time, and I was quite happy. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is clean, although some parts of the bathroom, evidently designed for older patrons in my room, could do with some attention.
As with quite a few London hotels, the lifts are pretty slow. The rooms are much less stuffy than some, but I still had the air-conditioning on most of the time and that is pretty noisy. You get two tea-bags and two milk sachets with the kettle. That seems pretty stingy.
Staff was awesome !! The location really can't be beat for centrality to sights.

Loved that it was so easy to get to from Heathrow. We went to Embankment stop which was only few minutes walk to Club Quarters but on the way back we walked extra 5 mins to Picadilly circus so went direct to heathrow. Loved it was so near -few mins- to Trafalgar Square, Jubilee Bridge, London Eye (10 mins over the bridge) Picadilly, regent street - very convenient and we always felt we were in a safe area. Also plenty local cafes for breakfast and a Tesco express 2 doors away.
Felt at €650 for 2 nights was a bit expensive (I know its London!) and maybe could have included breakfast. But as it was our first visit to London I was happier to have central location rather than cheap hotel.
Location for our evening out was excellent. Walking distance to many bars and restaurants.
