friendly service from Brendan. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped. The view was nice (of the canal). The carparking was very secure. Great apartments and very good value for money. not too far from city centre either. Everything, the chap you showed us the apartment was a top bloke. everything. The apartment was very modern and simple. Was plenty bigger enough! There was two bathrooms and also a decent sized kitchen. Would use again. The owner was very flexible with checking in and out times.The apartments in general were of a high standard with comfy beds and extra pillows in the cupboard, which although simple is something many places forget/don't think neccessary to provide. It was perfect! Brendan was very helpful and the flat confortable!. New building, comfortable- Perfect for a week-end with friends. peace and quiet!!!. fantastic mod cons and furniture. Excellent place. the privacy. The location was great. It was very difficult to find and the explanation (address) on the website was totally inadequate. I took over an hour to find the apartment. nothing, it was brilliant. no. The flat need a table and chairs.Public area's still look like they are part of a building site, hair drier for the room. I thought it needed more mirrors as 5 girls were staying it only had 2mirrors, bathroom and hall way.

It is essential that you contact the apartments’ management, prior to your arrival, in order to provide an estimated time of arrival and to arrange a check-in time. Failure to do so could lead to a delay of up to one hour on check-in. Early check-ins must be pre-arranged and cannot be guaranteed.
Please provide a mobile telephone number as a contact number, so that the management can contact you on the morning of your arrival to arrange a check-in time. You can provide a contact number either by using the comments field when making your reservation or by contacting the management directly, using the contact details supplied on your confirmation email.
Please respect other residents and avoid excessive noise, especially after 22:00. Should we receive any complaints from other residents we will inform you. If this continues, then we will ask you to leave immediately.
