  The reception guy we met twice over the two days we were there was a consumate professional yet at the same time, sincere and gave us a lovely warm welcome !! The complimentary water we got while waiting briefly to book in was a very nice touch. They were luxuries an the beds were extremely comfortable! The location was prime as well, close to the Camden market, great resturaunts, and a close metro stop! Loved the stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and use it for future traveling to London!

  Great location just around the corner from Warwick Avenue tube, so you're only a few stops away from the centre of London. The staff were lovely and accommodating, and we we're upgraded to the JFK suite. This is a generously sized room with a little mezzanine or loft area, which could be used for storage or as a dressing room.
