Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. - Very very friendly staff - Good price - very good location and connection to the city too - shops around - - The staff was great, nice, and helpful. The hotel was in a quiet area, so it was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas and get a good nights sleep. It is half a block from the Tube station and on the Tube line that goes to all the main areas, so no need to change lines. There are also some nice pubs nearby.

  The room although compact was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and allowed us to leave our bags there locked away all day even though we had to check out. A lot of folks are giving it a bad review because the carpet is worn, the room temps aren't climate controlled and, yes, the bathrooms are micro-sized. But I like to sleep cheap, eat well and be in a good part of town. If you don't mind climbing stairs, this is a great place for those who don't want to spend a fortune on lodging in London! Just leave your high expectations
