  Its position was brilliant - so accessible to the tube - the fact that breakfast was included. It was a decent size room and was clean. Also the ladies serving in the breakfast room were lovely - friendly and helpful and knew exactly what we wanted and very happy to mix and match breakfasts. The location was relatively quiet at night and there is a park across the street. There were many shops close by including cafes, pubs and restaurants. A direct bus from kings cross area stopped within a minutes walk of the hotel. Continental breakfast was brought to the room every morning at 8 with enough to eat. I really liked the fact that there were proper ceramic cups to have tea or coffee with in the rooms, as so many hotels only provide paper ones & importantly for me, there were 8 little milk cartons, as opposed to the usual 1 per person. We also liked that they looked after our luggage when we checked out so we could enjoy another day in London without having to take our suitcases with us.
