  Close to Paddingtion station, the room is clean, excellent service - it has the most courteous staff. Well-trained and really good-mannered. I arrived really early (due to my early flight), and they let me check-in anyway because there was a room available. This is what I call considerate and flexible service. It was nice to have a separate shower and bath and also a separate toilet. The room was very well sound proofed given its proximity between Paddington station and the dual carriageway. Plus the pool, gym and sauna was a bonus. Highly recommended for those arriving at Paddington station.

  Staf vas very nice and helpfull.Rooms was clean and stylish.All in all a good experience. - Had drinks in the bar and dinner in the hotel. Both were exceptional as was the hotel itself.

  We stay at lancaster gate as a family of six. we loved the location unlike some other guests reviews i did find the apts to be clean i alway wipe surfaces when ever i stay in hotels etc and i found all the surfaces kitchen,dinning table,bedside cabinets etc to be clean. as well as bedding.the apt are nice with a little touch of luxury but they mus... mitä ihmiset sanovat » t keep up with the maintance. - In my party of friends there was 5 adults and 2 children the youngest being 2. Our welcome was very warm and friendly. The beds were comfortable, the apartment was reasonably clean and was nice and toasty which after spending the evening in Hyde Park at Winter Wonderland was great!!!The location was perfect. I have already recommended it to friends.

  The staff especially jelenna, were very helpful, the room was very clean and enough space for me and my partner for a short weekend break. Also the apartments are in a good location 4 minute walk to Bayswater tube station which is a good central tube station for anywhere you want to go in London. We will defiantly be staying at short let appartments again - I like that the apartment was clean and had tea and coffee. But having other essentials would have been nice like salt and pepper, oil and a better knife. The apartment was also nicely decorated and did not look run down and is in a great location and wasn't very noisy at all.

Apartment was well looked after, modern with nice bathroom. Very good value for money. - Considered as a pretty big apartment for the price I paid in london.
