  The room and bathroom were clean. We add wireless for free though it could be slow. The included breakfast was filling and good.   Wonderful! Clean, quiet, safe, near the tube, great stores, restaurants, and pubs in the area. Tremendous and helpful staff.   Hotel was great value, loved breakfast, awesome location. We were advised by cab driver on the way to hotel, that it was in bad neighborhood. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised. Maybe not a great area, but we found it excellent for price, location to Kings Cross Tube and value for our money. Loved it...would stay again.   Very clean room, the restrooms are chared, tidyness depends on guests. Keep on mind, it's a budget hotel. Had TV, fridge, etc. - The cost was excellent considering how close to London city centre it is. You don't expect a lot for £35, and you don't get a lot, but the room was clean and I got a good nights sleep.

  The location was amazing - right across the road from St Pancras/Kings Cross train station. There were plenty of eating places with a minutes walk. The hotel also offered a discount in a local restaurant. The room was spacious, well lit and tastefully decorated. I didnt feel as if I was in a busy area of the city, it was a peaceful oasis. This hotel is perfectly positioned for easy access to all the train stations we needed and although the room was small, it was spotless And refurbished. We took a street level room as there are no lifts and we had heavy cases and with the air con on plus the double glazing had no issues with noise. Great for a short stay.
