  We had a lovely room overlooking Big Ben and Parliament. The view was so wonderful, the nights were spectacular watching the boats and the river lights. The weather was warm and balmy and the walks along the river embankment were spectacular. The hotel is in a perfect location, the staff superb and the service top notch. Upon arrival the staff met with us on time and at the location with all the information needed. Additionally, there were extra keys since we had quite a few people. We walked through the revolving doors and were met by a lovely lady who greeted us by name and showed us the hotel and finally to our room.
