Absolutely fantastic accomadation, loads of room in our two bedroom apartment no.58 we were both extremely happy with the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the accomadation. A good hotel in ideal location to Birmingham New Street station.
After my very disturbed first night I went to the Reception desk next morning and asked if I could be given another Room where I was likely to be able to get a good nights sleep. The receptionist was very pleasant & most helpful.
She kindly arranged for my Room to be switched to No.310. This proved a huge improvement and I slept soundly all through Saturday night. I was very grateful.

The real question is what didnt i like? There was absolutly nothing i could say the hotel lacked. It was by far the best hotel i have ever stayed in. - Easy to find and access. Very clean and comfortable. Very central for a night out.
