  We have stayed in the Flat No. 16. It was located in Magdalen str. 17-21, on the 2nd floor. There were two small bedrooms and a big livingroom together the kithen. The flat was well equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, iron, hair dryer, microwave owen, coffe maker, huge TV set, DVD player). It was clean.   Staff were friendly, courteous and accommodating. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. The hotel was very clean and finished to a high standard. The location was excellent, minutes from the tube and close to pubs, restaurants, several parks and the Tower of London. The room was comfortable, clean and well appointed with amenities. We upgraded to executive room for £40 per night which was good value as it then gave us breakfast and complimentry drinks and food in a privare room between 5pm and 6pm on both nights. We were given the delicious warm cookie to eat while we checked in. We left our luggage and went to do some sightseeing.
