  We were allowed to check in early which after travelling fo several hours was very convenient. The happy hour was a nice touch too. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return. - I liked everythng about the hotel, as reflected in the tick box above,but mainly the location as the purpose of my visit was a concert at theRoyal Albert Hall

  Our experience of the hotel was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was lovely, fresh, clean, quiet at night and well catered for, food was good and we were very impressed.
