It is literally a stone's throw from Harrod's department store; however it is located on a quiet little street so you are able to get the best of both worlds. The rooms were really nicely appointed and the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful.   These Apartments are perfect for a stay in London.The Manager is very obliging,we did realize after our first nights sleep the mattress was worn & the base was broken,I informed Oliver,the Manager, & he was very prompt in addressing the issue, it is clean,tho'probably not sound proof as they say & only laundries available in some apart... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ments,I read that they all had one,so not sure if I am correct or not.Margaret Hagan - The location was very good, very close to the tube and in an area with lots of shops and young people,, since I traveled with my 15 years old daughter it was great for walks after a long day. The apart was cozy,clean and quite confortable with all the necessary for a short stay. The owner was very helpful and friendly, i will be happy to stay there again.

  The reception guy we met twice over the two days we were there was a consumate professional yet at the same time, sincere and gave us a lovely warm welcome !! The complimentary water we got while waiting briefly to book in was a very nice touch. The younguns even met Noel Fielding !!! And he was just lovely. The room was clean and very co - The staff was extremely helpful and kind! They upgraded out room, provided us with free wifi, make excellent suggestions about where to eat and what all to do. I can't say enough about the staff and the amazing rooms! They were luxuries an the beds were extremely comfortable! The location was prime as well, close to the Camden market, great resturaunts, and a close metro stop! Loved the stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and use it for future traveling to London!

  Mo colleague and I stayed here to see a gig at Wembley. The staff were friendly and helpful, it was clean and tidy. Despite what had been said neither of us had to queue for showers or toilets. Having stayed in many a hostel from Africa to America I can highly recommend this one. - perfect location, friendly staff, good restaurant on the groun... mitä ihmiset sanovat » d floor, very comfortable position in the heart of London.
