Our host, Gail & Peter, were very welcoming and helpful with maps, pointing out places of interest to visit, access to the different transportation. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved the little extras - wine, chocolates, cola and water in our room. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in when visiting Brighton/Hove. I have stayed here once before, many years ago and I remember it was a good choice then. It was a good choice this time too. It is located in West Hove, which suited me for my purposes, but may not suit everyone. The room was clean, the staff welcoming and the breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay here again -

Warm Welcome, Free Tea and Biscuits whilst I awaited for my room to beready. Helpfullness of reception staff on how to travel on PublicTransport (Buses) from Hove to Brighton. - The staff were very helpfull and polite. The hotel has retained many original period features and it is situated in a nice clean part of town.
