Premier Inn hotels in the uk are professionally managed very clean hotels and the rooms have everything a business traveller needs: an excellent bed (a small us queen size), a clean bathroom with shower and sufficient water pressure and a flat screen tv, a desk, tea making facilities and a easy chair. No mini bar though. This Premier Inn in Highcliffe is located just off the town road. Its location is convenient with ample car park but not exotic nor with great views. One does not expect that e.
kaikki arvostelut » The Staff were excellent, We booked the very last room available and it happened to be a disable room, i accidently pulled the emergency cord thinking it was a light switch, staff arrived at the room imediately to offer help. They also offered us another room for our second night if we prefered, all the staff were helpfull and pleasant. Warm friendly welcome with full knowledge of our requirements as mid-eighties newcomers. Adjacent and convenient restaurant provided an excellent choice of homely-cooked/continental breakfasts; Carole, especially, and staff helpful and friendly throughout. We ordered medical oxygen and equipment to be delivered and the staff were there to help move it to the room. Nothing was too much trouble. Easy to get on with which always put you at ease.Had answers to all your questions.A pleasure to stay there. Lovely clean, comfortable, spacious, fresh room and obviously very new. Welcoming staff even at 1.30am. My husband grew up in Highcliffe and his parents are buried there so it was a great opportunity for him to pay his respects. The room was large, most importantly clean and quiet. We had a great night sleep at a very reasonable price and we will go back with or without the children. We also thought staff were pleasant and very helpful. the hotel was nicely situated to our needs. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary & although its not Paris it did very nicely thankyou. Ideal location for quiet walks on the beach. Lots to see in and around the area. The beds were very comfortable. Tea making facilities. Accommodation, helpful staff, restaurant staff particularly good, breakfast being freshly cooked to order, quiet,comfortable rooms, etc. We were met by friendly staff and given a nice size clean room. A very short walk to excellent dining hotel for breakfast and dinner. Staff very friendly, room very clean but could do with extra chair for comfort.Breakfast excellent and evening meal was good. Great location for beaches. We stayed here for a family wedding. Breakfast really good value with kids go free. Position of the Premier Inn Comfortable Staff were excellent in Premier Inn and the Restaurant. Staff were very helpful and courteous. The restaurant and breakfast were excellent. Quiet room and location. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Late checkout. I liked the cleanliness of the room and how cosy it was and the friendly staff. all aspects of stay were great.very quiet and peacefull,would stay again. we use premier a lot both for business and leisure always top class. The rooms were spacious and very clean. All staff very courteous. My husband is disabled so the bathroom facilities were perfect. clean , convenient, free parking, restaurant close, good price. Very comfortable room, especially the bed. Efficient staff. staff friendly food good .clean also near the beach. i have stayed before and it is very handy to my work. Best value for money. Quiet. The rooms. location. staff superb all round and our luggage taken in early as we forgot the 2pm check in. Rooms were clean and comfortable Staff were friendly and helpful. With Premier Inn you know what you are getting. Premier Inns don´t have small fridges in the rooms so you cann´t store your water, juices or yoghurts. There is airco, but the windows don´t open more than 10 cms wide (restricted). Either take a screwdriver with you or stick to the full blast 18ºc airco on a warm day. The noise of the airco is too strong to sleep by (even with ear plugs) so if the windows would open more, the summer evenings would be much more pleasant. The food was acceptable but thats all i could say. I wish the "young elephants" on the floor above had been provided with padded slippers at 7am and when "in residence" but a minor irritation related to my age against all the positives we experienced during a two week stay. The rain but that does not come under your remit. The bedside light was noisy which was not very relaxing at 1.30am after a long ferry journey from Jersey. didn't like being woken up at 5am by drunks outside our bedroom window, but that was no fault of the hotel or staff & when I mentioned it at breakfast they were very apologetic. Leaving - would have liked to have stayed longer Could have done with more tea/coffee/milk in the room. 1 each per day was not enough. We liked everything. The time it took for a cooked breakfast order, preferred to help yourself like some other Premier Inns. The slope from the Premier Inn to Table, Table for my disabled mum. I was scared she would slip on the slates and hurt herself. N/A. Nothing to say. n/a. lights did not work in first room but we were moved to a diff one so no problem. Bit of a trek to my room. Hotel seemed very hot!. didnt. 30 minute limit on wi fi. Not many hotels left these days that do not have free 24 hour wi fi. Restaurent menu could be better. Staff had limited knowledge of local area (as we were only there for wedding). Irons weren't provided in room, but could pick one up from reception anyway. walk across to the pub for breakfast. Breakfast not cooked in time so we had to leave before it was ready.This applied to other people also. Bed to hard not what shows on tv. The coffee in the restaurant was luke warm and the croissants were not as good as advertised. The latest machines are much better for coffee than premade coffee put into flasks. room 6 appears to be a disabled room but we were not told of this. lack of tea and coffee provided in rooms. Cold walk over to pub for breakfast.
