Easy access to regional attractions. - This B&B was very clean, there was good parking, it was located in a really nice & quiet residential area and the cooked breakfast was great! :D

  From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome by all staff at the front of house. Even though they heavily booked we were upgraded to a lake view room that was simply beautiful. The entire hotel was splendid and kept in immaculate order. There were two bars available, one with live music the other was more of a cocktail bar. The location of the hotel meant that we could travel on day trips to many parts of I - We loved the hotel and all of the amenities that it had to offer. Wish we could have stayed on a night or two longer. Had a problem with a staff member in the basement bar, but once addressed with the Manager, he made up for the disappointment we felt and was extremely considerate. I would highly recommend this property. It is lovely!

All the staff where extremely friendly and the rooms where comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Very close to town centre which made travelling in and out very easy. The house keeping services come at a decent time of day and not when I'm trying to enjoy a nice lie in like in other hotels. Rooms where very quiet and couldn't hear other guests or staff at nigh
