Excellent location for touring Edinburgh. Bus nearby and plenty of nearby street parking. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. Very large room for a triple. Shortbread on arrival was a nice treat. Unique Victorian home!.
Pleasant atmosphere, kind service although the staff was not very visible.
Quiet area, still in walking distance of the city centre (20 minutes).
Very good breakfast served.kaikki arvostelut »
The room was gorgeous, staff were really friendly, especially the young guy who checked us in. The breakfast was fantastic and the wee plate of shortbread was a nice touch.
Really nice clean and comfortable accommodation. Staff were exceptionally helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Good location to get the bus into Edinburgh.
The ladies were very helpful and ready with bus timetables, a fringe festival guide and where to park the car, everything we needed for our stay.
very helpful and friendly staffs, and best breakfast we've ever had, even though not close to the city center, but near 24 bus stop. good value!.
Warm friendly staff, large room, convenient and close to attractions.Food was excellent with lots of variety.
Absolutely 10 of 10. Great and friendly guesthouse. Very nice people, very helpful. Quiet location.
Friendly and helpful staff, pleasant quiet location, large comfortable room, good breakfast.
The bed and bedroom was very comfortable. Great service and friendly staff.
Well appointed quiet rooms, excellent home cooked breakfast.
Excellent accommodation, helpful staff and good breakfast.
Everything.
Location exceptional.
The house was located in a very nice, quiet area.
Good Breakfast.
The bedroom was clean and tidy.
Wi-fi had a very weak signal, even in the dining area where we were told it would work. Bathroom was tiny and carpet a bit worn.
Everything was to our liking.
Everything was fine. I would have liked wi-fi in the bedroom instead of having to go to the breakfast room.
nothing.
Only minor point, but digital TV would have been a bonus.

heating obviously wasnt on in bedroom...it was May 18th but cold and very wet outside. would have been better if room had been warmer.
Breakfast very poor - did not match the great location. Have been to
many b and B's and never had as little for the 'full'
breakfast!Simply not tasty either...eggs overdone, bacon cheap (assured
it is obtained from local butcher...may be the butcher's fault!), 2
triangles of toast per person, etc etc. Also, decor is a little
dated.Could do with a facelift...but not my main gripe. Price was
expensive but during the festival so to be expected.
The lady of the B&B was not very friendly.
My husband has ahip injury and was not informed of the winding staircase down to the basement bedroom No signs to let you know of step into bedroom and also into bathroom No mention of fire exits and breakfast was a shambles Avoid at your peril.
