Staff were very helpful and nice.
The kitchen and the location.
The flat was convenient to all the Royal Mile and New town sites, it
only took my family 10 minutes to walk there with luggage from the train
station. The price was great and having a kitchen also helped with the
budget. The staff we dealt with were incredibly nice and went out of

letsbookhotel.com didn't advice that the departure from the flat was 10:00 am.

The works near my flat :(.
The kitchen in the flat smelled very very badly of fish when we first
got there and the odor only partially faded through our stay. We did not
contact the staff about it though as we thought it would fade faster
than it did. The bathrooms were very basic and the tub is very tall and
probably not accessible to much older people with mobility issues.
