Lovely giant comfortable room. We stayed for 4 nights so really got to make ourselves at home. We cooked at least once (if not twice a day). The outside area, kitchen and lounge are excellent and really comfortable to relax in. The other guests were very friendly, we would definitely recommend this as a cost effective way to stay in London!

The service was brilliant. It was the staff who made our stay so enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble. They thought of everything including sweets on the reception desk. The staff in the breakfast room were superb. Quickly clearing and cleaning tables thoroughly. So friendly and helpful.
There was free parking which was important to us too.

Lovely hotel, brand new 2010, good location near Ilford Station and Gants Hill tube station. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, health breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. We felt like home.

The bed was comfortable and the room clean. Plenty of tea/coffee supplies in the room as well as a hair dryer and a euro/shaver plug adaptor. Bathroom was clean. Can't comment on use of the shower as I didn't use it.
In regards to keys, it's a card based system so there's no faffing about with key fobs.

fantastic stay, great location, friendly and helpful staff. Once you arrive at the hotel you don't need a car, its next to the DLR, which some would say is a disadvantage but there was no sound, in fact we had 2 very peaceful nights. The staff on duty especially Emmy were very helpful nothing was too much trouble. Having stayed during the current heat wave the staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable providing cotton sheets, fans and even buckets of ice to cool our room! the meals in the restaurant were lovely and great value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed our night there and would stay there again.
