  The location. Very close to East Croydon station - which catching a fast train to Victoria or London bridge is 10-12mins - fantastic! You can be in centre of town - just like that!! The staff, you also have deal in your restaurant that is similar to wheterspoons - meals for two - so you don't really need to travel far. The rooms were clean, comfortable and laid out very well. As the hotel is I would expect nothing less. I hope this remains the same as it was a real pleasure staying here. The Holiday Inn express in Croydon could learn alot about cleaning standards and customer care from this hotel

  Free wifi (although the login process is slightly annoying after a couple of times) Included breakfast is easy going self-serve (coffee from the machine is a bit meh) Bathroom is well stocked with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel which is always handy given the restrictions on liquids when flying.
