  Excellent dining menu both in the evening & at breakfast, with lots of choice. The breakfast bacon is wonderful ! Very efficient and pleasant dining room staff. Pleasant decor overall in keeping with the style of the building. Very clean establishment and comfortable bedroom & bathroom. The inn is situated in a charming hamlet where one can take a circular walk including a ford with a bridged footpat - An attractive inn in a beautiful village. The room was large and very comfortable. Although the restaurant and pub are shut on Mondays, we received a lovely welcome and, had we needed it, could have had a meal cooked for us. Breakfast was delicious and I would definitely visit again, making sure that I could also eat in the restaurant.
