The overall look of the apartment was lovely we were very happy with what we saw when we first saw the apartment space, layout and the homely feel it had. Nice clean apartment, plenty of pillows, towels changed daily and bathroom cleaned daily. Heating system that worked 15min walk or £5 taxi to town centre. Cleanliness, equipment within the apartment. Staff very helpful on the phone, they allowed us to enter early when cleaners had finished.

Clean, spacious, well equipped apartment, within walking distance from the town centre. the apartment was lovely clean and very spacious cant wait come back. Cleanliness, friendly/helpful staff, location and everything really. Large lounge & kitchen area & nice size bedrooms. size of rooms good. Pub and take-aways very near. Location, free parking, facilities. Felt modern and clean (except carpets) easy parking pretty good size for six of us not too far from town centre. Large rooms. Convenient position for town and motorway. Well equipped Excellent heating system/. central, tidy, clean, private, large. Our days in Cheltenham. Location and size. Kitchen TV. Nice and warm . Good service on the phone. Not too expensive. Good to have home comforts. Good kitchen facilities. Cheltenham is a lovely city well worth a visit but id find somewhere else to stay. The housekeeping staff were very friendly. Kitchen nice, spacious. There were a few problems with the room: a lamp in the bedroom which didn't work, a shower which didn't work as it should, a toilet roll holder came off of the wall, and the sofa bed which either wasn't correctly assembled or was damaged so we weren't able to use it. Bathroom needs permanent ventilation was very clean but smelled damp. Location, on a corner with high noise level. Also the parking was not monitored so we couldn't park where we should as local commercial vans were left overnight in the apartment places. Also a little odd to arrive to a non-person apartment, entry key code was sent via text. Not a real problem but I personally prefer meeting a person in person. Parking was limited. We were lucky. The only minor negative would be only having blinds in the bedrooms. We would have preferred curtains in addition. nothing. The apartment was very warm.( not a bad thing really). Could have more choice of drink sachets. Carpets were pretty grubby kitchen not very well equipped stab holes in the wall a bit disconcerting sofa beds in loung weren't good tried calling the number I was given to collect the key but they didnt answer on either occasion. Could here people in upstairs appartment easily. Noise from traffic on main road. Single sheets did not fit sofa beds Too small. Three dining room chairs for 6 people. Milk bottle shelf broken and stuck with blu tak! Instructions on poster in flat for locking and returning key inappropriate. Terms and conditions rather agressive!. I got my booking dates mixed up and you or the apartments booking people would not change the date, this was very frustrating and unhelpful. Our stay at the appartment was spoilt by the door handle to the bathroom comming off which meant I never closed the bathroom door for fear of being trapped inside. A fitting in the bathroom ceiling had a gap arround it. I have taken photos if you want to see them. Beds very poor quality on e fall to pieces. Sofas. The wifi was not working which was quite disappointing as the neither the children / adult could not surf the internet. linen was a bit shabby, towels and duvet covers, pillow cases were very washed out , which was a bit offputting as it made them look dirty. The holes in the bathroom ceiling and smell of damp and staining in the bathrooms were also a bit of putting and unpleasant.We felt that it needed a revamp, the lamp shade By the bathroom door was all dented,I opened the wardrobe Door and it all came apart ,the location was not central Enough for us. Not a very nice location . There were a few issues - leaking bathroom above mine. Bathroom smelt damp, covered up by super strength air freshner plug in which smelt awful. No wireless signal. No phone signal in flat 3. Had to go outside at night to make calls which could be dangerous- mostly its workmen that stay at the flats not single business women. Very hot room. A one bedroom apartment that only had a bed and an old sofa, no tables or other seats. No Wifi. Staff were very unhelpful and there were issues with check in. the apartments are run down, gubby and various facilites dont work. The shower was broken as where both of the sofas, door handles.... i wont bore you with the details. Needless to say i wouldn't stay there again. The owners were give the opertunity to put it right but chose not to. Poor Internet connection. Bathrooms smelled of mould. Blinds did not block out any of the sun and were broken and/or torn. Couch and chairs were ripped. Carpet needs replacing. We had a balcony but no outdoor furniture. Check in staff useless. Did not send us the door code, unable to advise how to work oven. Would not let me cancel the final night, and wanted to rebook it even though we had already paid for it. Very poorly maintained - one bed fell apart - slats broken, mattress springs no padding; bathroom mouldy, smelt damp. Towels, carpet, furnishings very well used and didn't look clean, blinds broken, remote no battery, internet almost non existent, floor boards continually squeaked, wall paper lifting etc etc etc....... Worn out bedlinen not good quality Broken chair in dining area broken mirror in porch area chipped plate and saucer dirty sponge left in cupboard dirty carpets bad smell on entry dirty cracked tiles in bathroom broken settee broken shelf in fridge broken bed slats causing a restless night sleep and had to sleep on broken settee old worn out toweling poor quality and smelt. I would not stay here again.The shower would not adjust being either too hot or very cold. The beds and sofa were uncomfortable,check in was difficult and the management was indifferent to customers.
