  our stay started with what might be in other case a trouble - the room we wanted to stay was double booked,and as we wanted maximum comfort we were bit disappointed. But we were given a lovely room for one night,smaller but cheaper and free drinks, and next day we were transmitted to the room we wanted, and given nice discount. Both rooms were nic... mitä ihmiset sanovat » e, clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. Food also very nice. - The friendly staff created a relaxed atmosphere straight away at check in. The room was clean, sunny with a great view of the garden and New Forest beyond. All staff had a great rapport with each other and the guests. The Hotet was preparing for a Wedding the following day and it was great fun to watch the preparations.
