The owner was extremely friendly and welcoming, willing to go out of his way to make our stay as best he could. Very clean, lovely room, good location, a short walk away from the beach and local shops and only a 5 minute cab ride away from bournemouth rail station. A lovely place, would definitely recommend to anyone, and we will stay there again if returning to bournemouth.

Excellent service. We went for the first time and enjoyed Bournemouth. The hotel is located 5 mins walk away from the boscombe town center and about 10 mins from the sea. we were offered tea on arrival and the breakfast next morning was great. Excellent value for money. -

We loved everything about this beautiful hotel! The owners and staff were very friendly, interesting and helpful. We were made to feel welcome instantly. They also had excellent knowledge of the local area and gave us good recommendations for eating out. We stayed in the stunning and very luxurious "red" room, which was large, clean and comfortable. Definitely one of the best B&Bs I have ever stayed. Warm and friendly hosts who couldn't do enough for you. Spotlessly clean room and very comfortable bed, good shower with plenty of hot water, even set of toiletries was provided, excellent breakfast - I could not fault this place. The owners are amazing people. Although I had a reservation for a single room, I stayed in a double one. I needed a plug adapter and I was immediately offered one, while some other colleagues I was with in Bournemouth for a conference and who were accommodated in fancier hotels had to go downtown and buy one. Extremely good value!
