The hotel is ideally situated 5 minutes to the town centre for Bournemouth’s shops, bars, clubs and restaurants. Beautiful gardens nearby, Bournemouth Pier, the BIC (Bournemouth International Centre) are also within walking distance. All rooms have been individually decorated and have an en suite bathroom. Guests can also enjoy tea/coffee making facilities in their room. A full English breakfast is served every morning.

We stayed in the family room at the top which was perfect for us. We had 2 separate bedrooms, with a hallway that contained a fridge & microwave, and a good sized shower room. The entire place could do with a little updating but it is spotlessly clean. Short walk to the beach and shops - with a slightly longer walk back due to the hill!. A lovely clean central place to stay. We were made very welcome and given a room on the first floor, which was as we had requested. The breakfast was good and freshly cooked with a choice of cereals to start. Excellent value for the price we paid.

Excellent location for the BIC where my son was graduating although hill quite steep going back up! We return soon!. Couldnt be happier, staff were extremely helpful, arranged a very early breakfast for us and lent a mobile charger as I had left mine in car. Very comfortable. Would definitely stay again when in the area. We booked at Tregenholme at the very last minute. The owners were fantastic. The hotel is clean, there is plenty of parking and it is very close to the beaches. We will be returning. The staff were lovely. Tina in particular. Had a lovely time. Shower good and beds comfy. Free wifi and altogether good value for money. Would definitely stay again. Polite and courteous - extremely helpful especially as they obtained tickets for us to go to the Bournemouth v Derby County match. Overall excellent value for money. location was fantastic for both town and beach...hotel was great would like to say thanks for arranging flowers as requested would definately visit again. The staff was lovely, very friendly and helpful. The hotel was nice and homely.Was very happy with our room. The breakfast was spot on. Due to the age of the building the hot water was temperamental which can therefore be problematical if you wanted a quick shower. Just would recommend you give yourself plenty of time. TV reception was very poor in both rooms although, to be fair, we didn't ask for assistance with this so perhaps this could have been rectified. No bad points during our stay. Absolutely nothing. Nothing. Parking was a bit of a squeeze and the shower door in our room needed sorting out. It was very reasonable; however could do with an update. In a room next to the stairs so quite noisy when people were walking up and down. Was a bit dated. en suite very small, with pipes sticking out of floor. no drawers for clothes, no hooks for bath towels, small shower. Only a small niggle, when we came back to the hotel to get ready at night there was no hot water from the shower. There was nothing negative. nothing bad about it to tell. Being picky, but the bed was a little uncomfortable. Nothing. tiny shower/wc area. Nothing. Bacon noise. The hotel was quite dated. That it took quite long to get hot water when taking a shower. Recommand to have A/C bez Bournemouth normally hot in summer.
