Everything was very good, the room was very clean, the hotel is beautiful, they have cofee facilities inside the room...
If you have heavy baggages, will be very difficult To go upstairs (don't have elevators and have 3 floor) and the room is a little small, but normally to Europe

Surrounding Bournemouth neighborhood. Lack of a car park. One needs to park in a city car park that is some distance from the hotel or try to find a place on the street. This was our least favorite location for our three weeks in Britain and France.

Everything was perfect. Very good location, just a minute walking from the city center and the beach. Room was very comfortable. The owners are very nice and helpful and make you feel like if you were at home. The breakfast was awesome every morning, very tasty and homemade food. Thank you very much for the wonderful experience i had at Croydon Hotel.

The proprietors of the hotel were such a lovely couple & made my daughter & I very welcome. The breakfast was very nice & when the remote for the tv did'nt work, they were more than happy to sort it out straight away.

Had to have breakfast early or go out to local pub using voucher but not really a dislike. We just would have liked to have tasted the home made brekkie as it smelt delicious but due to late night it was too early for us

Car parking could be difficult, but I was lucky to find a space fairly close by. Also, the stairs are somewhat steep!

Peter was charming and friendly and very accommodating. He was very helpful with any query and made me feel at home which is just what you need when you so far away from home.
Excellent hotel, the couple that owned the hotel, were really friendly and also provided breakfast which although it was basic, it was really fresh. Best hotel I ever stayed in the UK at this category. Would definitely recommend it. 10 min drive from Bournemouth train station.
The owners are lovely people and very friendly. A couple of times I needed their assistance and they always responded in a very friendly and helpful manner. I would recommend the hotel to every young couple or a young family, planning their trip to Bournemouth.

Owners were very helpful and friendly. Reasonably good position for the BIC. Found me a parking space for the night. Great breakfast. At the end if the day it was a room for one night to sleep after going to a concert at the BIC, so all in all it was a good experience. Thanks to the owners.

7 of us, all girls, stayed at the Croydon hotel as we were in Bournemouth celebrating a birthday for the weekend. Everything was perfect, we were made to feel welcome and well looked after. We didn't make breakfast on the first morning but were given a voucher to have breakfast at the local pub which we thought was a great idea! Rooms were spotless and had everything we needed. We can't say thankyou enough! Highly recommended and will defonately go back. Thankyou from 7 happy girls!

Peter & Sandra could not have been more helpful. They gave us a room upgrade at no extra cost. Peter helped me find a parking spot - very useful as parking in the area is at a premium!
Sadly the shower although having an adequate and constant flow rate kept running between cold and scalding

A thoroughly enjoyable stay. Peter and Sandra were the most welcoming and helpful hosts and made us feel very comfortable. The room wa spotlessly clean and had everything you would expect for a standard room. Comfortable bed, shower room ensure, tv, tea and coffee facilities and a few extra touches such as cotton pads, shower gels and shampoos. Brilliant location as didn't use the car our entire stay
Parking was directly outside the hotel, but we did find a roadside space without too much trouble.
Lovely couple that own the hotel. They help with everything they can and are very friendly. It's very close to everything we wanted to see in Bournemouth, and the beds were very comfy.
Groups of people using the showers one after another makes the water go cold, but this isn't so bad if there's a gap between the showers.

The Hotel was welcoming and the owners were just lovely! The price (£60 for a Saturday night) was great, especially as it is so close to town. The room we had was a great size, clean and well decorated. Shampoo, conditioner, soap and cotton pads were a nice added extra. The bed was very comfy!
The parking was very tight as it is on road parking with hotels and residents surrounding. There is a council carpark close by which is £8 per 24 hours. No toothpaste and we forgot ours :(

The room was comfortable and had a nice view down the road so you were able to see the sea. Breakfast was very good and filling, many selections of cereal to choose from as well as hot breakfast served to you.
The building was under renovation at the time so breakfast was situated downstairs in the lower ground floor in a small room. The bathroom was not particulary clean after the last guests. This could have been improved.
