  The setting is fantastic - every Austin fan's dream. Close to everything but in a quiet location with great views. The hotel itself is beautiful, you walk through a discrete regency front door into a wonderful combination of history, functionality and good taste. The bedrooms were spacious, extremely comfortable with all the touches you'd - The hotel is situated right in the middle of one of the most iconic Georgian buildings in the UK. The decor of the hotel is certainly in keeping with the grandeur of its location and the spa and restaurant were faultless. The service provided by the staff was impeccable - which is a first in my experience! All the staff were warm and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

  The staff at this hotel were fantastically polite, helpful and attentive - there was initially a problem with our room, and we were immediately upgraded by the superb reception manager into a suite that had access to a butler. The spa is excellent, the room comfortable.... If only other hotels were as good as this. - I loved the fact that we could... mitä ihmiset sanovat » get up in the morning and head straight to the indoor pool, outdoor pool/spa and sauna/steam rooms. From the moment we arrived, service was impeccable, the room was lovely (modern, clean and large) and our stay was delightful. We came for a relaxing time and we sure had one.
