Staff easily contacted and very friendly. The apartment was beautiful, decor was stunning and extremely clean throughout, with great facilities to use. I came with a group of friends who all enjoyed there stay. It was easy access into the centre of bath and only a short drive to the surrounding countryside. Would definitely recommend to other's for a mini break either with friends, family or couple's Would definitely book this again! Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!.
kaikki arvostelut » What a wonderfully warm welcome after a long journey. We could not have wished for a more welcoming start to our time in Bath. From the introduction to the workings of our house for the next few days to the advice re negotiating the town, We could not have wished for more. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. I hope we will be able to visit again. The apartment was in a great location and very quiet. Dawn was lovely and was there to let us in and answer any questions. Sainsburys is opposite which is very handy and it is situated near an old station with a great bistro with live jazz, the Green Park Brasserie. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The apartment was conveniently located opposite the local supermarket and was very comfortable. Only a short walk from all the local attractions yet in a nice, quiet street. Would definitely stay again if we returned to Bath. The location is great, an easy walk to the town centre. Having Sainsburys right across the road also saved us alot of money for eating. The apartment has some great character features and it really did feel like coming home at the end of long sightseeing days. Fantastic cosy maisonette right in the heart of Bath. The power shower was amazing, and the whole apartment had a nice modern, clean comfortable feel to it. The staff were also really helpful and friendly when we needed to call. Couldn't rate it highly enough. The apartment in Bath was in a superb location, only a five minute walk to the Roman Baths and with a supermarket across the road. The amenities were excellent and very comfortable with parking in the apartments own private road. The Norfolk Apartments were within easy walking distance of the city centre. The ladies I spoke to were friendly and helpful. Apartment clean and had everything you would need for a stay in this lovely city. Location was excellent for Bath city centre. Apartment was well appointed with all you needed for your stay. Bed very comfortable, lounge/kitchen area spacious and much preferable to a hotel B&B. The manager, Louise, is the most outstanding person we've ever had the privilege of knowing in this type situation!!! She went out of her way to be of assistance to us in a difficult situation. Pleanty of space with a split level appartment. Easy access to Bath city centre only a 10 minute walk. Excellent value compared with the cost of hotels of the same standard. Staff very good. Superb apartment in a lovely building, close to town and with parking available. This was by far the best accomodation we stayed at in England over a 2 week period. Being able to wash our clothes here was fantastic, however being able to dry them was a problem as the dial on the dryer was not working. Also the bathroom gets very hot with no ventilation - although the window is in the process of being fixed. Nothing. Everything was just great just shame we missed the German Xmas markets. No - all good. Shame we only stayed for 1 night. the two sofa were not that comfortable to sit on. our own fault but we got a parking ticket as forgot to put the permit in!! Got caught by the parking person at 0815 so beware if you do forget!!!. Parking was tight but to be expected in a city. I could not open the bathroom door from the inside and the shower was very hot even on cold but those are the only downs. Leaving ;). Lots of stairs Headroom in toilet and shower low - banged head on beam in shower (I am 6 foot) No access to garden. Nothing Really. Was a little hard to find as there was no name on the building. But found it when we parked in the shopping centre and looked accross the road at the door that was on my map that I had printed out before we left home. Rather a lot of stairs (although this is made clear in the description). Bath is quite a busy area at the weekend. Could have done with a bit more cutlery; couldn't find the first aid kit (cut my finger on a door handle - owner was very apologetic and sent someone to fix it next morning). DVD didn't work. Found a long black hair on the sheets, very easy to spot - was grossed out by that. Found the property was far to hot the heat was cranked up, we had to search for the controls and turning them down didn't do much. Other than this you can't fault it. Nothing. the shower head is a fixed round disc with pinholes,non-movable and not a particularly strong flow. Nothing. Nothing. Slightly noisy central heating which woke me up a few times during the nights but not a great issue as I am a light sleeper. Nothing!. Nothing we didn't like. Carrying suitcases up 2 1/2 staircase. Drying machine did not work. Handrail to upstairs bathroom need fixing properly. Slightly noisy elephants on floor above!. Second sofa very uncomfortable.
