The staff were excellent. Everyone from check in to dining, Bar and breakfast staff were simply the "BEST". We arrived about 10 minutes after dinner was closed and was accommodated without hesitation to an excellent meal,. "Great Chefs".Just simply a great place to stay. The staff were very helpful & good with the kids attending the party. Bar manager very pleasant & welcoming :) rooms clean & well air conditioned. Beds were very comfortable, just a great stay :) ps food was lovely.

Very pleasantly surprised at the high standard of accommodation and friendly staff. As a mature couple we appreciated the considerate and friendly staff during our short stay. No air-conditioning in the room. There was nothing I disliked. nothing !. The décor (orange walls and purple carpets in corridors looked a bit tired). Nothing. Lack of room service. Bit out of the way. Room was a good distance away from everything, room 37, no lifts , Receptionist wasnt very welcoming, or pleasant, on arrival or departure,. No problems - all good. Not so convenient getting to rooms 40-41 or that fact that room 40 is just above the bathrooms, quite loud below. nothing. The post wedding party that lasted until 4am. Check that there is no wedding scheduled,unless you are invited. noise outside our room late at night. We had to call the desk and ask them to be quiet.. Room 28 Internet reception weak. There is no television in the bar or lounge are to keep an eye on sport results. The place lacked atmosphere and almost seemed sterile. This may be because there were not many people staying. The fact my friend fell in bathroom and not one member of hotel staff asked how she was. Facilities. our room and bathroom were freezing and when i complained nothing was done.
