Things I liked? I loved the friendly and fun staff. The ease of check in. The incredibly homely ambience along with the sense of history about the place. Our room and beds were very comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equipped with fresh soft white towels, tea and coffee maker. The breakfast was amazing. Full Ulster fry and as much as you liked. I actually ate five sausages, they were so tasty!.

We loved staying at Adair Arms Hotel, staff were excellent, food was just as good,and such a beautiful old pub. The bedrooms are fantastic size luxurious and so clean better than some 5 star hotels we have stayed in. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakast was great, best sausages ever. entertainment very good. Close to the town centre. Clean and tidy rooms. Live entertainment at week-ends. Value for money. Staff very friendly and efficient.Live entertainment on Frid and sat night when we were there. There was not one thing I didn't like about this hotel. Nothing everything was excellent. Couldnt sleep till entertainment finished, which wasnt too much of a problem but may be for some. My room No.111 was over the music bar, didn't get to sleep until 1 am. I. Think our suite was above the kitchens so always had a slightly musty smell- not a major problem as it was only noticeable on first entering the room. karaoke. Music loud on Sat nights, disturbed sleep for those under the bar, lounge, restaurant. Ask for a room away for this area unless you are attending as it won't matter then. Service Wasn't great in restaurant, eg issue with wobbly plate!. no complaints. There was no hot water in the morning, which I understand was due to a boiler malfunction The shower is not easy to operate Some of the fabric needs better finising following the update. Although these are important, they did not totally detract from the stay, which was good. The room was extremely hot and smelt of food from the kitchen. The shower needs to have a better shower head. No problems. nothing. Nothing. Mirror above dressing table a bit too high!!!. The Breakfast was poor Also told them we were on honeymoon and didn't even get a congratulations :(. Getting woke up by maids. 3 times even though we had the room up till 12. Noon...was not impressed at all and totally put myself and My partner of returning ..we were trying the hotel out as a possible venue for are wedding reception which would of led to most of the rooms being booked this coming season ..but the un relaxed atmosphere that morning was very off putting to myself and my partner...£89:00 Not worth the money. staff apart from reception, Marie very unfriendly. breakfast booked for room did not arrive, had 2 fone about it went to wrong room, arrived cold. Caroline @ breakfast very grumpy, asked for a clean cup for 77yr old male snapped 2 take 1 off our table, but there were no clean cups on the table!!!!!!!.
