  Good welcome, very quiet and peaceful. Were very keen to make you comfortable and at ease. Good food and excellent breakfasts. The rooms were like living in your own bungalow with door to the garden. I would return to this B & B. - It was one of the best short breaks we have had.   I only stayed one night - the staff were very pleasant and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean, bright and cool. There was a good choice of food at breakfast, which was enjoyable to eat and included in the price of the room. Also I would add the hotel was within walking distance of town centre.   As ever the location is absolutely brilliant. Pleasant staff providing a good service. As regular visitors we appreciated the efforts made to deal with the weekend breakfast issue when the hotel is full with wedding guests - by advising of the best time and warning that there might be delays. so on the Sunday morning we took a stroll into Sudbury... mitä ihmiset sanovat » & had a very nice breakfast in a coffee bar. - A pleasant day for our stay so enjoyed a good cream tea on the balcony followed by Pimms (it was a surprise 70th). Later drinks in the bar seated on comfy chairs / sofa followed by an extremely good meal and breakfast the following morning.

  This was a Birthday treat for my husband and we absolutely loved everything about the hotel. From the character, the atmosphere and then obviously the location.   This is a nice and cozy place. Room was nicely decorated and we had a very big and clean bathroom, too (a nice bonus, i could say)! restaurant is nice (big fire place) and food was excellent too! - Excellent food, very clean and quiet.
