  Excellent and friendly staff. Amenities close by. Cheap and excellent WiFi connection. Magic wee kitchen in room. Great shower. Plenty clean and fluffy towels.   The Hotel was warm and comfortable. It was clean and the staff friendly a good location to the train station and centre of the town. The room was spacious and modern The only thing that I thought was wrong was that the shower base started to fill up and wouldn't drain away I stopped the shower and waited for it to drain away but I think there is a... mitä ihmiset sanovat » n issue with the drains. I reported it and the staff were very apologetic - I noted the care and attention to detail in the presentation of my room. Well done whoever was responsible it really shows you a level of professionalism rarely seen. Breakfast and evening staff were very welcoming and pleasant, again well done all. This experience has really reinforced my already high regard for the Ibis hotel group.

  I booked this hotel as my son was getting married and I needed a convenient base for the family. It worked out very well and the hotel staff were extremely helpful, friendly, pleasant and patient with us. The 2 bedroom apartment which is separate from the old part of the hotel is quite modern, very comfortable and well laid out with everything n... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ecessary for a weekend stay - although you could easier stay there for a week or two. The rooms in the actual hotel are also comfortable and quite la - Enjoy the hundreds of years old wooden quirky White Hart for what it is. It is not a modern concrete square hotel. You will be pushed to find a flat floor upstairs as the oak beams have bowed with time. Very nice staff and helpful, always most busy. Nice selection of meals, cooked correctly and serviced well. Nice to visit again and again..
