1. Really friendly, polite and helpful owner Mr.Nazim and his family runs this beautiful cave hotel 2. Real cave rooms are tastefully decorated with period-style furniture and comfortable beds, one of the caves rooms even comes with a balcony and a lounge 3. The cave rooms of this wonderful family-run hotel are very clean, much better than those available in Goreme 4. The stone-arched rooms are very nice too, bright and sunny Excellent location of the hotel: just 2 steps away from Urgup town .

The location is good and Hamam is just near, where you can enjoy the traditional Turkish bath after whole day travel there, it makes you relaxed. The staff is kind and helpful. I will be there if I go to Cappadocia again. Fantastic cave room with all modern comfort,3 beds.We had a nice terrace where we had our breakfast ( good). The couple who arranged everything was very friendly, but they speak rather little english for communication. Fantastic place. Family run but very efficient and extremely friendly. Reasonably good location but Nazim the owner made up with all the arrangements for the Hot air balloon, rental car and so on. Excellent value for you money. The staff was very friendly. They do not speak English very well but they make you feel at home. The small balcony where you can take your breakfast is adorable. I like this place so much that I stayed 3 nights at this wonderful little hotel instead of just one night as originally planned. The bathroom has no door and is separeted to the bedroom by a curtin only. There is not sufficient light for reading in bed. Nothing to comment. Nothing. I didn't like that pieces of the mortar crumble and fall onto the bed and nightstand. It's annoying. I didn't realize that they don't accept credit cards. Payment must be in cash. nothing. nothing to complain. nothing. nothing. the cave rooms are cold, little pieces of stone are always crumbling on the bed.
