  I've really enjoyed the stay in this hotel, one of the best and still new (just opened in mid Dec) ...The staff are very friendly despite the fact I had one small problem with one of the team but he apologized immediately as well as the Manager .   It was convenient for the major attractions of Sultanhamet. The staff were friendly and the facilities were fine. Great views of Hagia Sophia from the roof terrace.   I recently spent 5 nights in this property whilst on business in Istanbul. I would completely agree with the majority of reviews here. They actually engage with you as people rather than - In our opinion the this was the best possible place to stay in Istanbul. The views from the dining/breakfast room were stunning. In addition to this, the hotel was only a few minutes walk from the tram stop.   Location, comfort and breakfast - all faultless. Room 227 was indeed a superior room with a stunning sea view, plus tea/coffee facility. Female staff were incredibly helpful. Young male reception staff varied. The location was perfect to visit the main attractions in the city, which were within walking distance. It was also situated on the coast overlooking the Sea.
