  I stayed for a few days and I had a great time. The flat was clean and spacious. It is centrally located and close to restaurants and nightclubs. The neighborhood is safe and I had no problems walking at night. And, the price was right. I would definitely stay here again. We did not need any guide because she gave us a detail tour advise. She was - That is the best place I have lived in Turkey. It was an temporary plan to stay in Izmir, and the owner stayed up late until we arrived at 10 pm. Also she gave us many useful advice on the food, transportation, sites and so on. To make our journey more convenient, we were given some notes written in Turkish, and they helped a lot. Moreover, the rooms are also excellent, clean room with good facilities. This is more like a home for us rather than a hotel. I would like to say thank you very much,

  We arrived to the hotel 2 hours earlier than estimated check-in time, we were offered to sit in a cosy hall and have a drink, 15 minutes later we got into the room, so we didn't have to wait. Our room was big enough, clean and comfortable, bathroom and room itself were absolutely new decorated. Staff was friendly (even brought us a free cup of tea as we sat out in the garden one afternoon), spoke good English, and helped us communicate with our car rental company as we struggled to get the car turned in on time.
