This hotel was amazing and did every they could to make our stay comfortable. Particularly Shahin who was ever so helpful and kind. We were always asked if we required anything and were also taken wherever we required within reason. I've truly never visited a hotel with such amazing hospitality and service. The hotel is situated on A fairly busy road with lots of car garages. But once u get up the hill you are very close to the station Osmanbey and lots of shops-food, coffee shops, clothing et.

The apartment's mini kitchen is well equips to have meal which saves money and enjoy your own home made meal. It's a home away from home. It's clean and with large living room. Location is perfect close to everything shops, metro, restaurant. Thank you for your generosity to give us free rides. The hotel's positive were the staff, extremely friendly & warm reception. Helped us reserve taxis & restaurants of our liking. The only negative was the self catering apartment doesn't work. The accessories were too less. It's good to promote it as a hotel & good space for the 5 of us staying. Location was good near taksim square. But cheers to the staff they made us feel really comfortable in a foreign country :) . Staff was really friendly and always available to offer us any information for the city or useful numbers. Room was very clean and very spacious. Ideal for all travellers and very close to city center but without the noise of the center! Easy access to means of transportation and nice shops around not only for tourists.Distance to Taxim about 4-5minutes by car , 15minutes walking. We will sure come back!. From the moment we arrived to when we left the owner and staff were extremely welcoming and attentive. We stayed in the two bed apartment which is actually two luxury one bedroom flats with an interlocking door which was perfect for us traveling as two couples. Very clean and comfortable and with a modern design it is within a 15 minute walk of Taksim square and the nightlife. Highly recommended!. Staff was really helpful. I appreciate Mr Shahin for kindness and special thanks to the owner and his son-in-low. They allowed us to ckevk out at 20.00 for free and took my syster to airport for free- this was amazing stay. I liked spacious large and comfortable new rooms. The place is good , the people there are really nice and gentle and treat you like family , when you are there ask about Mr. Chahine , and that boy Malik whose your satisfaction is his most concern . Really nice people makes the hotel worth being in . One of the most special things about Harbiye Rose Garden is their staff. Their help is never limited to the hotel! It goes way beyond that. Especially, Mr. Shaheen. He always helps for matters within and outside the hotel. I do really admire him. Everything was excellent. Nothing bad to say. Manager 'Shahin' was available 24/7 and gave his mobile number to contact if necessary. Being regular travelers we have not come across this kind of service anywhere in the world. Excellent holiday. We voelden ons thuis. the staff are all very nice. they are very very helpful and accommodating. always ready to assist and attend to our questions and request. - The owner and his relatives are really friendly and cool - The rooms are big, a 2-persons room is actually big enough for 4-5. Very friendly and supportive personnel. Fast wi-fi, big room, kitchen facilities. Quiet place close to the center. Very nice and helpfyll staff and management, clean large rooms, all in all a nice little place to stay!. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, The staff was nice and helpful. Thanks to all. The hotel sign is not visible, hard to see especially at night. Everything was perfect. Nothing. Nothing. They dont have breakfast. Straat is wat minder. Geen voetgangerspad. Maar dat is ook het enige minpunt. - only if you have >4 people traveling, then I'd suggest you call for their private airport pick-up. Otherwise, catch the Havatas Shuttle Bus, it takes you to Taksim, which is only 1 station from its residence (Osmanbey station). Location not suitable, there is no nearby market, restaurants, cafe, metro station. location was some how near to shops but at bottom of hill where it needs effort to reach especially with children. Neighborhood area is not that good. Location was difficult to get to on foot. It's at the bottom of a steep hill with a difficult set of steps. Nothing!. very noisy.
