The location of the hotel was excellent, less than 5 mins walk from National Stadium BTS and within easy reach to many shopping malls such as MBK, Siam Discovery Mall and Siam Centre. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. A hidden gem in downtown Bangkok! -

The proximity of the hotel is really good for those on a shopping trip. Siam Paragon, Central World, Digital Discovery, Siam Discovery, MBK and Siam Square are all within walking distance. The nicest part was the personal touches of the staff to remember our names and chatted with us whenever they see us. They even came to see us off as we left the hotel. I'm definitely booking this hotel when I revisit Bangkok.

Flawless stay from start to finish.
Arrival service from the concierge and reception to the stunning view from our room and the outstanding outside pool. I literally couldn't fault it and would recommend the Pathumwan Princess Hotel to anyone wanting to stay in a luxury hotel without the price-tag! It's also attached to the awesome shopping mall MBK!
The only thing I would say was missing is luxurious bathroom products i.e. shampoo conditioner etc. could be better quality, but taking all thing

I liked the location as it's a few minutes walk to the BTS station and the MBK shopping centre. A few more minutes walk and you have Siam shopping centres like Paragon and a little further Central World. The staff are polite and helpful. The rooms are quite well equipped (large fridge, table for eating, small hairdryer and kettle) for a budget place. The WIFI speed is pretty fast. The breakfast was basic but ok.
