  The environment is awesome... Room is clean & tidy.. Big! All of staff is very friendly and nice! Even you back to hotel at midnight, they also ready to service you with smile! Thumb up! But the location is quite far from bts station. Have to walk around 10 minutes. But that's not a problem to concern for us. The choice of breakfast quite many... mitä ihmiset sanovat » , nice food! I would like to praise the staff named "JOHN", he provided us an awesome service! He had suggested the route plan for us when we go to ma - There was lots of choice for the breakfast. The rooms were large and immaculate. I have read some reviews with people saying the hotel was not close to anything! They must have had broken legs as within walking distance there is the sky line train that takes you to the centre of Bangkok. If you come out of the hotel and turn left, walk down the road about 5 mins, there is a fantastic German pub which does fantastic food and was also busy. I would go back to this hotel again.

  Easy check-in. Polite efficient people at frontdesk. None of the typical dramas associated with Bangkok Hotels. They didn't flash my credit card number about so anyone in reception could see. Room are very nice. Bed was super comfortable - easily the best sleep I have had in Bangkok ever. Location is also excellent. There's a welcoming atmosphere and considerate service. The rooms are comfortable and clean, equipped with everything necessary. We will definitely return to this hotel next time we're in Bangkok.

  Friendly English speaking staff with smiling faces. Very clean & well maintained rooms. Lovely breakfast spread. Close to the sky train station,well connected to other parts of the city.   We loved staying at this hotel. It is down a street with loads of massage parlors, popular street food stalls and a couple of bars. The hotel is quite modern, and the staff were helpful. There is a bar and swimming pool on the top floor, which remain open until 11pm - great for a night swim right in the middle of the city. The hotel has a mid-range - Upon arrival I was upgraded to an executive room courtesy of the management. I arrived quite late and was hungry and there was no where open to grab something to eat, and one of the 'bellboy's' took me to a convenient store a few blocks away in the hotels tuk-tuk. Now That's a service :) Hotel is in an excellent location, minutes walk from Asok station. If I were to return to Bangkok, there is no hesitation that I would return to Park Plaza Soi 18.   Initially, the room we got was ok. We stayed for a couple days and then took off for the beach. We returned and were upgraded to the Deluxe Room, which was a major improvement -- a lot bigger and the bathroom was much nicer. Staff was great. Location was great as well -- noodle soup stalls right outside, massage spas within walking distance, and a... mitä ihmiset sanovat » couple malls were close as well. - The location beside Asok Sky Train and close to Sukhumvit Underground. I had to cancel first days booking too late for a refund ( fair enough) but they offered me a free late checkout which was very useful. No troublesome username and password for free WiFi. 7/11 just next door.
