  The environment is awesome... Room is clean & tidy.. Big! All of staff is very friendly and nice! Even you back to hotel at midnight, they also ready to service you with smile! Thumb up! But the location is quite far from bts station. Have to walk around 10 minutes. But that's not a problem to concern for us. The choice of breakfast quite many... mitä ihmiset sanovat » , nice food! I would like to praise the staff named "JOHN", he provided us an awesome service! He had suggested the route plan for us when we go to ma - There was lots of choice for the breakfast. The rooms were large and immaculate. I have read some reviews with people saying the hotel was not close to anything! They must have had broken legs as within walking distance there is the sky line train that takes you to the centre of Bangkok. If you come out of the hotel and turn left, walk down the road about 5 mins, there is a fantastic German pub which does fantastic food and was also busy. I would go back to this hotel again.

  Almost everything, clean and cozy room, comfortable bed, shower with constant hot water, friendly staff, location near Asok, free internet. All my requests have been fulfilled except of broken scales. The hotel is new and is better to stay than in classier Rembrant on the opposite side. All the the main essentials in the kitchen that I use daily like an electric jug to make tea and coffee whenever I want. Massive fridge freezer. Big tv with many channels in thai and english. This is where I will stay everytime I stay in Bangkok, even if it is only overnight.

  Very god value for money. We had a suite with kitchenette, dining, lounge bedroom all with view over the very pleasant ground floor outdoor pool. Gym was small but well equipped. Breakfast were very good value also. Very pleasantly surprised and impressed. There is a short walk (about 300mts)to the main shopping area and many eateries, some people... mitä ihmiset sanovat » may not like this but a bit of exercise before and after diner works for me. - This hotel was really nice, when we first arrived we were transferred to a hotel down the road then returned here the following morning and were up graded to a nicer room. The staff were friendly, the pool was great and the room had everything we needed plus more and was very comfortable. The free tuk tuk service to the main road was great for hotter days. We would happily stay here again.

  We loved staying at this hotel. It is down a street with loads of massage parlors, popular street food stalls and a couple of bars. The hotel is quite modern, and the staff were helpful. There is a bar and swimming pool on the top floor, which remain open until 11pm - great for a night swim right in the middle of the city. The hotel has a mid-range - Upon arrival I was upgraded to an executive room courtesy of the management. I arrived quite late and was hungry and there was no where open to grab something to eat, and one of the 'bellboy's' took me to a convenient store a few blocks away in the hotels tuk-tuk. Now That's a service :) Hotel is in an excellent location, minutes walk from Asok station. If I were to return to Bangkok, there is no hesitation that I would return to Park Plaza Soi 18.   The reception and lounge area is very welcoming with very efficient staff.The bedroom was very good with a very comfortable bed and pillows.
