I have nothing bad to say about the hotel. Staff are great if they understand you =) Breakfast is good ...nothing special but it has everything you need to start your day well of to get over a hangover. Location is lovely, the view is stunning.Cows and monkeys keep you entertained at the beach...at least when we were there =) The nearest village is about a 10min walk over the beach and then 5min on the road. So we rented scooters from Mama scooters (She is one of the cheapest there 150BHT p.d) at Long Beach ...its the best way to explore the island by the way!
In general the place could do with some more TLC...things are getting a bit worn down.

WiFi do not work in the room, not on the balkony of the room. You can get it only in the reception area. Is it possible to add some points of acsses, to improove it???
This hotel is well located in a beautiful beach front. The staff are very helpful.
This hotel is not well mantained needs a makeover is is a pitty because it has great potential. Unfortunatly its not to standard.

room was perfect, on the beach we booked for 5 nights, stayed only 1 night because of the heavy heavy rain and they charged us only 1 night
there is rubbish everywhere, broken chairs, pipes, the place was in this season not well taken care of, no water in ponds, only staff in the restaurant, breakfast is not good not a good hotel, no facilities outside the hotel lonely beach is very lonely
