I like the staff service, they were so pleasant & polite & gave us what ever we requested, very helpfull in all asspects
the morning breakfast Buffet was good, but mostly the same things were there, if they could improve on the variety would have being better.
An excellent stay, the rooftop pool is incredible and Alex was very helpful. Will definitely stay there next time I am in Bangkok.
The location is perfect for shopping and night life but for the main attractions I recommend a hotel in the Old Town by the river. Breakfast was amazing, the best of all the hotels I stayed in Thailand!
Absolutely nothing! Staff is very welcoming! And the facilities are great! We were upgraded to a duplex suite but I am sure all are to vey high standards!
Staff was very friendly but not humble like in other parts of Thailand. They made you feel at home without being over the top
The location, the room, the breakfast. I did not have time to try the pool spa or gym.
The staff does not speak nearly enough english. I asked if I had received any messages at the front desk and they could not understand my question. This was horribly frustrating. They also seemed to get very confused abouy letsbookhotel.com reservations, changes, and cancelation fees. The wireless was not working at all in the room (although after 30 min of trying they finally managed to fix it). In general, the staff just did not get the basics of hotel service down.

The hotel itself had a great boutique feel and the room (suite with city view) was impressive and very comfortable. We had room service and the meals were very tasty and well presented.
We were very disappointed with the breakfast and found that it wasn't reflective of the 5 star status. The staff were despondent and required constant prodding for attention. The food offer was basic to say he least.
Location, the room was great, nicely decorated and well equipped with good view. Water and complimentary bathroom items were very useful. Staff polite and upon checkin offered popcorn, cookies and drink, which was very nice after a long journey. There was also a tuk tuk for short distances free of charge
Blinds bathroom was broken which became a problem. There was no cutlery to be used in meals. For a five star hotel the tv options were weak

They had no Halal food for Muslim guests. In future, they should permanently organise a buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner for Muslim guests. Advertise it, and I am sure the hotel will see increase in number of their guests.

Amazing views from the room and central location. Staff were brilliant and even left a birthday cake for my wife in the fridge which was a nice surprise after a long day of sightseeing.

Since I stayed in a duplex room, the bed upstairs will not have anyone passed by the corridor. The room was therefore very quiet except in the morning, there was BTS trains passed by, it caused a little noisy. The bed was really big, three people slept in a bed will not feel uncomfortable.

the room is not as new in consideration of its age, the shockets under the metal shelf next to the bedside is really fatal , as the metal shelf is having sharp corners, injuries would be a natural result if customers are not aware of the potential danger, the floor at the first floor is a bit dirty

However, double-deck suite left something to be desired. Very annoying that the floor was the swimming pool when you showered. Almost all the water spilled on the wrong angled floor. Missing the promised steroanläggningen and a functional floor lamp on the ground floor. And certainly should a hotel of this class is to keep the bar open one hour after midnight, staff costs're not bothersome ................?
The staff were very friendly & helpful. i booked for a junior suite they upgraded us to a duplex room when they knew we were honeymooners. The buffet was very delicious & full of a varieties.
The hotel was located far from the main large shopping malls, we wanted to go.but since Bangkok is a very jammed city. We stayed most of the time in the traffic.

Some interior was not perfect. Some parts were broken. Difficult to locate light switches. No computer. Limited tv channels.
The bath tube of the deluxe room. It should be better to have a shower. And it's difficult to mix the hot and the cold water.
